Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
According to the CDC in the US, ADHD is one of the most common neurodevelopmental difficulties of childhood. Very often this condition is diagnosed in childhood and the effects can echo well into adulthood. Children who suffer from this condition might have problems with sustaining their attention, might have difficulty with impulse control and might be excessively energetic. Most children might have at one point or another lose focus or get distracted but they often grow out of it while children with ADHD do not.
